NSDC CEO Visits Bharat Ratnam Mega CFC to Inspire Skill Development

Honoured to welcome Mr. Arunkumar Pillai, CEO of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), to Bharat Ratnam Mega CFC. With three decades of experience in skilling, vocational training, and workforce development, his visit motivates us to continue empowering talent for a brighter future. NSDC plays a crucial role in strengthening India’s skilling ecosystem by supporting industry-aligned training and helping young people transition from learning to meaningful employment. This vision aligns closely with our work at Bharat Ratnam Mega CFC’s Training and Skilling School, where we train around 200 students every quarter in a dedicated 4,000 sq. ft. facility, building an industry-ready workforce and creating nearly 25% additional employment opportunities, including for women, in the gems and jewellery sector. We look forward to collaborating to create more meaningful, industry-ready opportunities for the next generation.
